Our client contracted Viva to 3D model, shop detail, fabricate and deliver this project on the back of a number of previous successfully completed projects.
The scope included two complete Primary Crushing Stations, complete with tip bin, structures and all platework.
The scope was 3D modelled, before structural design by our structural design partner Power Consulting, shop detailed in Tekla and fabricated at our world class fabrication facility.
The two Tip Bins were fully trial assembled in the workshop to ensure that all platework panels fitted correctly, resulting in site installation without a single comeback.
The scope was packed and transported to the end user in the DRC.
