Structural steel fabrication is the central offering on which Viva Engineering was founded back in 2006. Having spent years perfecting our fabrication processes, Viva Engineering earned a reputation for quality structural steel and platework fabrication to international standards.

Our workshop which works to international standards uses industry leading machinery:

  • Imac Drill Beamline – automated cutting and drilling of hot rolled steel sections
  • Hypertherm Plasma – processing of plates
  • Ficep CNC Line Anglematic – high-volume processing of angles

On average, our CNC machines produce 300-500 tons of fabricated structural steelwork and platework per month. Large abnormal sized platework is fabricated in our platework bay. Each workshop bay is serviced by a number of overhead cranes, allowing work to be safely handled.
